Horrible food platters. The way they are served they become super soggy and gross and definitely a little pricey for the taste. Would not recommend. Most of their food is frozen food as well and you can tell

Is my third time there. I heard anout the place from a friend realized their close to my home. They are delicious and reasonable priced.

We placed an order online for pick up. Waited an hour and a half, called, said they didn’t have the order, found the order and it hadn’t been started.

Great food for pizza night and catered events. Used them many times. Never disappointed.

First and last time going here. After spending 15 minutes waiting for 4 slices of buffalo chicken pizza I finally went up to ask where my pizza was just to be told they gave it to another customer who had just walked in. No plain available for another 30 mins. Offered me several other odd combination slices available. Never again.

Received the wrong pizza, said they’d send out a replacement, took an hour and a half to get it and it was cold by the time it got here.

Been eating their pizza since the early 90"s and have Never had a bad pie from them really great service in the shop and delivery definitely a 10 in my book anyway !

This is our favorite pizza place in town. We also use them for catering! They make incredible catered food with a great prices, the owner gives us a deal on large orders. I love their salads too!

We have been going there ever since they first opened, you will find us there again.

They sell sandwiches on stale bread I rather go to subway in the gas station!!!

Jeff and the boys here know what they are doing. We eat here a couple times a month. Don't forget to call on them for catering too. They do a great job. Not just pizza here. Full menu.

First time ordering, left a less than pleasant taste in my mouth.first the online order estimated 70 mins which was already problematic. Then it took almost 2 hours. The pizza arrived cold, the crust was mostly overcooked with much of it burnt. The cheese was minimal. And the crust was very lackluster. I love crust, because I like bread, but this crust I would rather pass on.As with anywhere,I'll eventually give then another shot to see if it's consistently bad.

The delivery service has gone way down. It's bad business practice to have most of your menu under the $12.00 delivery charge. Why should I be forced to eat more than a main course? It of been smarter if the old policy was losing you money to raise menu prices. Why should you alienate your large and loyal customer base? It's unfortunate the new menu versus the old one is so limited. I've cut my orders down significantly because of the inconvenience.

Food is really good. Have a question. I noticed that the large gourmet pizzas on the Prospect and Southbury menus range in price from $19.95 to $21.95 and the Bristol menu all the large gourmet pizzas are $18.95. Why would the prices be higher? Same pizza and owners.

Been around for over 20 years. Same owner family oriented place. Went in once and remembered my name and order everytime. Great food great people. If its not on the menu just tell them what you want and they'll make it for you.
